FluxMC | Store Rules & Terms of Service

By purchasing from the FluxMC store, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Virtual Goods & Intangibles

You are purchasing virtual items/ranks for use within the FluxMC server. These items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

2. Server Rules & Bans

Buying a rank does not grant you immunity from the server rules. If you are banned for cheating, toxicity, or any other rule violation, you will not receive a refund for your purchase.

3. Processing Time

Most purchases are delivered within 5-15 minutes. If you do not receive your item after 24 hours, please open a support ticket on our official Discord.

4. Changes to Packages

FluxMC reserves the right to change, modify, or remove features within a rank or package at any time to maintain server balance.

5. Delivery Requirements

Please ensure you are online during the purchase and that your username is typed exactly as it appears in-game (Case Sensitive) to avoid delivery errors.
